Ice and snow forms patterns on a window as it begins to melt Friday after two inches of snow fell on Garden City from a winter storm Thursday and part of Friday. A majority of that snow melted away, with high temperatures in the 30s, over the weekend. But the next wave of storms moved into the area Sunday night and Monday, bringing a chance for three to six inches of snow and blizzard conditions with winds forecast to gusting to 60-70 mph.
