United Kansas Party files lawsuits to challenge state law forbidding multi-party nominations

United Kansas Party chairman Jack Curtis says the minor political party filed lawsuits in Saline and Reno county district courts to challenge constitutionality of a state law blocking candidates from accepting nomination from more than one political party.
