The Western Kansas Community Foundation (WKCF) is awarding 28 area nonprofit organizations with grants totaling $90,446.50 from the Community Betterment Fund, the Kansas Health Foundation Children’s Fund, and various Field of Interest and Unrestricted funds for its July grant cycle.
After two weeks of fundraising, Western Kansas Community Foundation, together with Garden City Downtown Vision, collected over $20,000 in donations in support of Traditions Soda and Sandwich Shop in downtown Garden City.
