WICHITA – Area high school athletes in Class 2A ran into some stiff competition Friday and Saturday at the State Track and Field Championships at Wichita State University’s Cessna Stadium in Wichita.
Area high school boys’ golf teams competed in the state tournaments Monday and Tuesday at a variety of locations around Kansas for the various classifications.
High school basketball teams returned to the court last week to begin the second half of their seasons. Many are starting in on league matchups.
