The Kansas Department of Transportation is hosting a public meeting from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 8, for the U.S. Highway 83 Advanced Technology project. The meeting will take place at the Western Kansas Child Advocacy Center, 212 E. 5th St., in Scott City.
