City Commission gets update on Municipal Court
The Garden City Commission heard the 2023 End of Year Report on the Garden City Municipal Court at its regular meeting Tuesday.Cynthia Beltran, Court and Defendant Coordinator for the Municipal Court, said case filings have increased over the past five years, especially after 2020 and 2021, which saw a dip due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but are climbing back up.
