HAYS – The Holcomb High School girls’ swim team followed up their successful Salina South meet from last week with an even more impressive showing Monday at Hays.The Longhorns took the team championship by putting together a complete performance over the larger schools it competed against on its way to the top spot.It was the kind of total team effort that head coach Rachel Davis had been looking for.

The Holcomb High School girls’ Swim Team continued the success of its first two meets with strong showings at both the Great Bend and Haysville-Campus meets last week.At Great Bend, the Longhorns again came in second as a team (365 pts.) behind Great Bend (553) and ahead of Hutchinson (354), Dodge City (227) and Liberal (192).
