Traffic reductions are scheduled to start Wednesday, May 1, for a resurfacing project along Kansas Avenue (Kansas Highway 156) from just east of Third Street to Belmont Place, according to the Kansas Department of Transportation.This project consists of resurfacing the concrete pavement and widening the roadway.
