FHSU secures NASA grants to boost training for western Kansas teachers

HAYS – Two new grants from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) will fund the development of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) educator workshops at Fort Hays State University.A grant submitted via NASA’s Kansas Space Grant Consortium by Paul Adams, dean of the College of Education, and Ann Noble, director of FHSU’s Science and Mathematics Education Institute (SMEI), will fund a LEGO Robotic workshop for Western Kansas teachers.
