The basketball teams for Garden City High School will be on the road to separate venues for their respective mid-season tournaments this week, scheduled for January 23-24-25.
NEWTON – The Garden City High School’s girls’ wrestling team won five individual titles and walked away with the team trophy at the fourth Newton Girls’ Tournament of Champions on Thursday.
While the Garden City High School boys’ bowling team claimed 12.5 of a possible 13 points in Thursday’s Western Athletic Conference dual against Hays, the Buffalo girls’ squad did even better, earning all 13 points for the second time in three days.
