Four student-athletes from the modern era (1960 to current), one from the Legends category (pre-1960) and one coach will be inducted into the 2025 Garden City High School Athletics Hall of Fame on Saturday, Oct. 4.
The Garden City Community College Athletic Department announced their 2025 Athletic Hall of Fame class, which includes five new inductees: former football star, Corey Jenkins, women’s basketball coach, Alaura Sharp, longtime Broncbuster supporter, Leonard Hitz, and former men’s wrestling coach, Mark Leen along with the 1992 national championship wrestling team.
