Paul O. Lopez, 95, of Garden City, KS passed away Mon., July 25, 2022 at St Catherine’s Hospital in Garden City, KS. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 5th at Robson Funeral Home, 620 N. Main St. Garden City. A rosary will be prayed at 10 a.m. Saturday, August 6th followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Paul will be laid to rest in Deerfield Cemetery immediately following. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Mary’s Catholic School.

Paul was born March 2, 1927 to the late Bonifacio and Maria Lopez in Deerfield, KS. On January 23, 1957 Paul married Antonia Blea in Kansas City. Antonia preceded Paul in death on December 27, 2015. On October 3, 2019, Paul was also preceded in death by his son, Bruce. Paul was a self employed painter, he owned and operated Paul’s Painting and Décor. Paul was devoted member St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, and a member of the Crusillo. He enjoyed gardening, fishing and reading his bible.

Paul is survived by his daughter, Paula Stevenson, Alexander Ramirez; Patricia Blackburn; grandchildren, Kythan Stevenson; Tanya Lovato; Brent Ramirez, Suzette Massey; Mariah Schuckenbrock; Michael Blackburn; Romana Blackburn; Jord Blackburn and many great and great great grandchildren.
