STILLWATER, OK- Francis Murlin Pratt, age 86, died on Sept. 13, 2020. Francis was born on June 25, 1934 to Andy A. and Ruth M. (Kent) Pratt in Perkins. He was raised there and graduated from Perkins High School. He served his country in the U.S. Navy. He married Mary Kay Thompson on February 23, 1954. He was proud of his Indian heritage and was the oldest living member of the Pawnee tribe. He enjoyed fishing, horse shoes, watching OSU games, and family events.
Surviving him are his son Randy (Lana) Pratt of Garden City, KS; daughters-in-law Mona Pratt, Fran Pratt and Ann Stolfa; grandsons Jeff (Kari), Fr. Michael, Andrew (Angela), Eric(Elise), Zack and six great grandchildren. Preceding him in death are his wife Mary Kay; his parents; sons Gary, David, Scott and Tony; brothers Benny and Eddie; and sister Lillian.
His funeral service was at 2 p.m. Sept. 16, 2020 at Strode Funeral Home Chapel in Stillwater, OK., with burial following at Elm Grove Cemetery.
