SYRACUSE - James “Bob” Robert Majors, 76, died on Sept. 27, 2019, at the Hamilton County Hospital in Syracuse. He was born on Oct. 7, 1942, in Goodland, Kan., to Debs Woodrow Majors and Wilma Fern (Brooks) Majors.

Bob attended Russell Springs High School and graduated in 1959. On Dec. 31, 1960, he married Edith Marine Horton in Colby, Kan. To this union three daughters were born: Sandy, Deanna and Robin. Bob had several jobs over the years and worked at and operated multiple restaurants. In 1988, he moved his family to Syracuse where he owned and operated the Ramble-N-Restaurant and Supper Club until he retired in 2017.

Bob was survived by his wife, Edith Marine (Horton) Majors of Syracuse; two daughters, Deanna Majors of Syracuse and Robin Majors of Hereford, Texas; brother, Raymond Majors of Garden City; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Sandy Majors; brother, Delbert Majors; and sister, Jean Majors.
