ELKHART — Lois Jean "Jeannie" Landrum, 87, died Mary 23, 2019, at The Shepherd’s Center in Cimarron.
She was born March 18, 1932, to Robert Earl and Minnie Pearl Sivils Hensley on a ranch near Gillette, Wyo.
Her family moved to Lamar, Colo., after they lost their ranch during the Great Depression.
She married JK Owens in 1950 and they lived on a farm near Richfield with their four children, Jill, Pam, Jana and Kelly. After Owens' death in 1968, she married Charles Landrum in 1970. His children, Mike and Peggy, joined the family.
She is survived by her children, Mike Landrum, Pam Frazier, Peggy Wise, Jana Shadrick and Kelly Owens; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands JK Owens and Charles Landrum; siblings, Rose Ebersole, Buck Hensley, Pat Lindenberg and Jack Hensley.
Funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Monday at Hillcrest Baptist Church in Elkhart. Interment will follow at the Richfield Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Garnand Funeral Home in Elkhart.
