ULYSSES — Irma (Pauda) Pando, 57, of Ulysses, died Friday, May 10, 2019, at her home in Ulysses.
She was born Oct. 27, 1961, in Lubbock, Texas, to Marcelino B. Sr. and Genabeba (Felan) Pauda.
She moved to Ulysses at a young age. She was a paraprofessional for Ulysses USD 214 for 28 years.
She is survived by her daughters, Melissa Pando-Grice of Amarillo, Texas, and Amanda Tarbet and Magen Delgado, both of Ulysses; brothers, Jesse Joe Pauda of Lubbock, Louie Pauda, Joe Luis Pauda and Angel Pauda, all of Ulysses, Albert Pauda of Jetmore, Bill Pauda of Liberal, and Sammy Pauda of Ulysses; sisters, Geneva Ramos and Irene Sosa, both of Ulysses; and eight grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Dominga Esquivel; and brothers, Mark and Robert.
Vigil and rosary service will be 7 p.m. Wednesday at Garnand Funeral Home Chapel in Ulysses. Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Mary, Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Ulysses. Interment will follow at Ulysses Cemetery.
There will be no public visitation.
