Dann Clark Deegan, 78, died April 7, 2019, at High Plains Retirement Village in Lakin.

He was born April 25, 1940, in Alta Dena, Calif., to Richard and Ellie Berkman Deegan.

He has lived in Garden City since 1985. He was a cattle rancher.

On Feb. 22, 1991, he married Katheryn “Kay” Bishop. She survives.

Additional survivors include six sons, Dale Deegan, of Lompoc, Calif.; David Deegan, of Wyoming; John Zimmermann, of Garden City; Jason Greskoviak, of Garden City; Joe Greskoviak, of Amarillo, Texas; and Justin Cole, of Garden City; 17 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Dann Deegan Jr.; and a daughter, Dena Winters.

Private family services will be held at a later date.

There will be no calling times.
