KISMET — Loretta Jane Blackburn Brown, 67, died Monday, Oct. 22, 2018, at her home.
She was born Sept. 6, 1951, in Guymon, Okla., to T.L. and Julia Faye (Larson) Blackburn
She was raised in Guymon and graduated from Guymon High School.
She married Donnie Brown on Sept. 5, 1969, in Guymon. They made their home in Kismet. She worked for National Carriers as a dispatcher and a customer service representative for 25 years.
Survivors include her husband Donnie Brown; a son, Bill Brown of Kismet; a daughter, Julie Lewis of Arizona.; a brother, Donald Blackburn of Balko, Okla.; two sisters, Darlene Brooks of Guymon, and Bonnie Carson of Iowa Park, Texas.; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Jack and Jim Blackburn.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at the First Southern Baptist Church. Lunch will be served at the church for the family and friends. Interment will be at 2 p.m. at Elmhurst Cemetery, Guymon.
Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at First Southern Baptist Church, 621 Western Ave., Liberal.
