Together they shared 60 wonderful years ofmarriage. She survives and resides in O’Fallon, IL.Also surviving are his children, Valerie S. Cramer ofGarden City, KS, Joseph A. (Terri) Wewer of Normal,IL, and Melody R. (Dave) Dock of O’Fallon, IL;grandchildren, Katie A. Cramer, Jessica C. Wewer,Joshua A. Wewer, Kayelyn R. Wewer, Benjamin Dockand Hannah Dock; one great-grandson, Jaxon; and onesister, Donna Gaschler of Modoc, KS.Larry was preceded in death by his parents, JosephA. and Mary A. Wewer; one son, Larry A. Wewer; onesister and two brothers.For many years, Larry spent his working career as atechnician with MJB Heating & Cooling in Derby,Kansas.Larry enjoyed collecting, building and flying RadioControl Airplanes for many years. He was involved inshow team clubs, including Air Capital Eagles ShowTeam and Wichita Radio Control Club (WRCC), bothin Kansas. His collection brought him years of joy andconnected him with lifelong friends. He also enjoyedRadio Control Racecars, a pastime he shared with hissons, Joe and Larry.Larry loved his family dearly and the times theyshared together. He was always teasing and jokingwith his beloved grandchildren, friends and family. Hisloss leaves a painful void but his memory will becherished forever.The family has entrusted Lake View Funeral Home,Fairview Heights, IL with cremation services.
