Jay Unger lays a wreath at a grave site Saturday while volunteering at Valley View Cemetery during the annual National Wreaths Across America local event. The event, in its sixth year locally, placed 1,250 wreaths on fallen veterans gravesites at Valey View and Sunset Memorial Cemeteries. An additional 514 wreaths were sent to Dighton, 250 to Sublette and 145 to Leoti for placement at their cemeteries.
