The Wind split the remaining two games of the series at North Platte, winning 11-3 on Friday then dropping Saturday’s contest 6-9. On Sunday the local squad opened a week-long series at Iola against the KC Iola Hormigas, winning 9-5. Games will be played each day through Wednesday on the road, returning for the final three games of the series starting on Thursday through Saturday at Clint Lightner Field.
