Cecilia (Sis) M Fief Cutshaw died 7-15-2022 at her home in Prescott AZ, with her sisters at her side. Sis was born Nov 3, 1938 in Garden City, KS. Parents James Fief and Irene Urban. She attended St. Mary’s school grades 1-8, graduated SCHS 1957. After graduation Sis joined the US Air forces where she earned her nursing degree. Serving her country over 35 years. Retired as Lt. Colonel. She married Bill Cutshaw who survived her in death. Sis loved her two dogs whom she rescued. Sis enjoyed crafts, watching deer in her back yard. Sis most enjoyed yearly retreats with her four sisters (sisters forever).Her church was important to her, belonging to prayer group Guild and Rosary makers group. Active at St. Catherine’s Church in Prescott.

Preceding her in death Parents, sister,Arlene Saunders brothers Frances, Orville, Gerald Lee,Lawrence & Terrance. Servivors include Joan Wasinger Grand Junction, CO Jerri Scher, Clovis CA Darlene nelson, Plant City FL, brothers Gary,Larry Art Fief (Jan) Garden City, KS. Many nieces & nephews.
