Marion Lorraine (Greenlee) Wolf, 95, died peacefully on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, at Stevens County Hospital in Hugoton, KS. Born in Scott City, KS on August 11, 1926, Marion was the daughter of Samuel Rea and Iona May (Goetchius) Greenlee.
Marilyn Sue Elliott, 80, of Cheney, Kansas, passed away on March 8, 2022, at her home. Sue was born on May 14, 1941, to Harry and Nellie (Partin) Higgins in Garden City, Kansas.

Paul E. Rarden, 80, passed away Thursday, March 10, 2022, at EveryStep Kavanagh Hospice House in Des Moines, IA. Per Paul’s request cremation rites have been accorded and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in Garden City, KS. Inurnment will be at Valley View Cemetery in Garden City at that time.
Andrew “Andy” Riojas, age 44, also known as Andres, passed away at his home on Sunday, March 6, 2022 in Dumas, Texas. He was born on June 27, 1977 in Powell, Wyoming, the son of Agapito Riojas Sr. and Maria Socorro Calderon Riojas. A lifetime resident of Garden City, Kansas until recently moving to Dumas, Texas where he worked for Dumas Lumber.
Jewel “Woody” Woodall, Jr. passed away March 8, 2022. He was born August 19, 1948 to Jewel Sr. and Irmadean (McLeod) Woodall, in Mineral Wells, Texas. He graduated from Mineral Wells High School in 1966 and Texas Tech University in December 1971.
Margaret Ann Snyder, 85 passed away March 10, 2022, at Scott County Hospital surrounded by her family. She was born November 15, 1936, in Geneseo KS, to Chet and Gladys Heitschmidt. She graduated from Geneseo High School in 1954 and continued her education at Southwestern College in Winfield with a Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude in Elementary Education. While at Southwestern, she was one of three selected to study a semester in Washington DC. She also used her piano skills to participate in talent competitions. It was while she was in college that she met “the love of her life”, Jerry Snyder. She taught in Winfield, Great Bend, and Larned before stopping to have her 2 daughters, Cheryl and Dawna.
