DODGE CITY - The Southern Plains-Iroquois Activities Association’s mid-season basketball tournament returned to the United Wireless Arena in Dodge City Wednesday after having the Tuesday boys’ quarterfinal games postponed due to the snow storm that moved through southwest Kansas.
