Top hats and snowmen decorate on one of the Christmas trees on the 99-item live auction Saturday for Russell Child Development Center’s annual Fantasy Tree Festival at the Clarion Inn Convention Center. The annual RCDC fund raising event also had a silent auction with 145 items. The Holiday Homes Tour was also held on Saturday, featuring four decorated local homes.
