Garden City Police Department Arrests/Citations

Monday

Adam Timothy Flores, 30, 510 Burnside St., Lot 22, was arrested at 9:12 a.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 904 N. Ninth St., on a municipal warrant on allegations of domestic battery and unlawful restraint.

Penifer Salinas-Keller, 41, Scott City, was arrested at 1:58 p.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on a municipal warrant on an allegation of a violation of a protection from abuse order.

Manuel Dejesus Lopez, 19, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 292, was arrested at 11:59 a.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on a municipal warrant on allegations of illegal tags, failure to show proof of liability insurance and no valid drivers license.

David Ortiz, 19, 506 Bancroft St., was arrested at 6:57 p.m. on allegations of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and interference with a law enforcement officer.

Fernando Alvarez, 23, 207 N. Taylor Ave., was arrested at 6:57 p.m. in the 100 block of North Third Street on allegations of possession of methamphetamines and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Seth Noel Burnett, 25, 1203 N. 11th St., was arrested at 4:20 a.m. in the 1000 block of Jenny Avenue on an allegation of driving while revoked.

Juan Guzman, 15, 1806 W. Kansas Ave., Apt. F, was cited and released at 1:15 a.m. in the 700 block of Buffalo Jones Avenue on an allegation of no valid driverís license.

Samuel Reyes 20, 901 Jenny Ave., was arrested at 2:26 a.m. in the 300 block of North Ninth Street on a city warrant.

Christine Fuentes 44, 1908 Vinzant St., was cited and released at 2:30 p.m. in the 1800 block of West Kansas Avenue on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Roberto Sotelo 21,1208 N Ninth St., was arrested at 4:37 p.m. in the 2100 block of East Spruce Street on allegations of two counts of battery and criminal damage to property.

Maria Cruz Hernandez, 19, 1022 N. Sixth St., was cited and released at 10:12 p.m. in the 1600 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no valid driverís license.

Heather Louise Lund, 34, 2312 Lee Ave., was cited and released at 8:35 p.m. at Hobby Lobby, 1450 Lareu Road on an allegation of theft.

Cordell Gene Evan Green, 16, Scott City, was cited and released at 8:48 p.m. in the 1300 block of West Mary Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Caleb Brike Gesling, 22, Sublette, was arrested at 2:50 a.m. in the 400 block of Lake Avenue on an allegation of driving under the influence.

Linda Sanders, 38, 622 Garden City Avenue, was arrested at 1:13 a.m. in the 200 block of North Eighth Street on allegations of possession of methamphetamines, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and on a municipal warrant for theft and a Ford County warrant for failure to appear.

Thelma Judith Perez, 26, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, No. 440, was cited and released at 12:06 a.m. in the 3100 block of East Spruce Street on an allegation of no valid driverís license.

Loss/theft

Oct. 23

Between 12:30 and 5 p.m. in the 1700 block of Center Street, a residence was entered without force.

Saturday

Between 7 and 9 p.m. in the 1500 block of Fulton Street, a skateboard was taken from a vehicle after a rock broke a window. Estimated loss and damage is $3,250.

Between 7:40 and 7:45 p.m. in the 300 block of Anderson Street, a purse and its contents were stolen from a vehicle. Estimated loss is $252.

Saturday

At 10:32 p.m. in the 100 block of East Chestnut Avenue, a person engaged in noisy conduct that alarmed another person.

Criminal Damage

Tuesday

At 5 p.m. in the 800 block of North Fourth Street a driverís side window of a vehicle was broken. Estimated loss is $300.

Between 9:15 and 9:30 p.m., in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50 windows of an abandoned trailer home were broken. Estimated loss is $100.

Tuesday

Roberto Sotelo, 21, was arrested at 4:27 p.m. on an allegation of battery.

Dominque Antwon Jones, 26, Great Bend, was arrested at 9:15 p.m. on a bench warrant.

Linda-Jo Sanders, 38, was arrested at 1:13 a.m. on allegations of possession of stimulant, possession of drug paraphernalia, a county arrest warrant and a municipal bench warrant.

James Davis, 55, 6830 Joss Road, Holcomb, was arrested at 10:19 a.m. on an allegation of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

Heather Dawn Hamilton, 33, 1085 Tear Drop Lane, was arrested at 10:27 a.m. on allegations of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and exceeding maximum speed limits.

Danny Dwayne Weaver, 50, Kinsley, was arrested at 10:56 a.m. on an allegation of driving with alcohol in personís system.

Oscar Osvaldo Perez-Abrego, 40, 270 S. Karen St., was arrested at 10:42 a.m. on allegations of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, exceeding maximum speed limits, and operating a vehicle without liability insurance.

Carmen Arora Armendariz, 18, 4170 East U.S. Highway 50, was arrested at 10:55 a.m. on allegations of use/possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia and possession of a hallucinogenic drug.

Amanda Mary Martinez, 22, Lakin, was arrested at 3:51 p.m. on a municipal bench warrant.

Eduardo Noe Benitez, 26, 164 Cloverleaf Road, was arrested at 3:05 p.m. on allegations of driving while suspended.
