Garden City Community College’s Dawson Stutz leads off third base as Caleb Metzen bats Friday during the first game of a doubleheader against Cloud County at Williams Stadium. Stutz scored on the next pitch as Metzen hit a RBI sacrafice fly. The Broncbusters were swept in the series by the Thunderbirds, 0-10 and 3-13 on Wednesday at Concordia, then 1-11 and 4-25 on Friday.
