The Ulysses Tigers (8-1, 3-0) went on the road to take on Wellington (4-5, 1-2) in the regular season finale on Friday night. The game was never close, as the Tigers gashed Wellington, winning 36-6.
Ian Rudzik started the scoring for the Tigers, scoring from 42 yards out in the first quarter. In the second quarter, Rudzik rumbled his way into the end zone a second time, this time from 35 yards. Freddie Romero scored his only rushing touchdown via a 26-yard scamper.

The first was another Rudzik touchdown run, his third of the game, and the next on the lone pass completed for Ulysses on the night, a 37-yard Zerr to Maravilla connection. Wellington scored its lone touchdown on a Volsted 27-yard rush for the final score.
