Resurfacing to resume on K-23 in Finney County
Traffic will be reduced to one lane starting March 25 along Kansas Highway 23 from the Kansas Highway 156 junction, 14 miles north to the Finney/Lane county line, according to the Kansas Department of Transportation.The lane reduction is necessary for resurfacing work to resume along Kansas Highway 23.
