The USD 457 Board of Education will be interviewing two candidates for the position of superintendent on Monday, Jan. 20. The meeting will start at 7:00 a.m. at Baron’s Steakhouse, 1911 E. Kansas Avenue, Garden City, Kansas. The formal interviews will be conducted in executive session pursuant to the non-elected personnel exception under the Kansas Open Meetings Act.
While the Garden City High School boys’ bowling team claimed 12.5 of a possible 13 points in Thursday’s Western Athletic Conference dual against Hays, the Buffalo girls’ squad did even better, earning all 13 points for the second time in three days.
