DODGE CITY - Three days earlier in a doubleheader sweep of Dodge City’s Red Demons, the Garden City High School softball team had captured 19-0 and 15-0, three-inning, run-rule victories in Garden City.
DODGE CITY – The Garden City Community College softball team made a run in this year’s Region VI tournament, held in Dodge City. The Broncbusters had a memorable opening day of the tournament on May 2, with wins over Dodge City and nationally-ranked Butler County to reach the semifinals.
COFFEYVILLE – The Garden City Community College track and field team traveled to Coffeyville May 1-3 for the Region VI Championships.
