South Gray’s Tate Skinner led his team to defeat Sublette, 60-51, with a game-high 16 points in the Bluejay Invitational championship game on Saturday.

Carson Skidmore added 14 points and Peter Martens contributed 13 points for the Rebels.

For the Sublette Larks, Andrew Lower scored 15 points and Sabastian Morales added 12.

Cimarron 47

The Meade Buffaloes defeated Cimarron, 58-47, for third place Saturday.

Meade’s Tristin Lewis led the Buffaloes with 15 points, while Kash Larrabee and Sean Terhune each added 12.

Blake Neuschafer had a team-high 14 points for Cimarron, and had one 3-pointer. Nick Ast was close behind with 13 points and two 3-pointers. Jayden Pickle added 10 points for the Bluejays.

Saturday’s fifth-place game in the Bluejay Invitational ended in Wichita County’s favor as it beat Minneola, 48-47.

Wichita County’s Jacob Schumacher led the Indians with a game-high 22 points and four 3-pointers. Treven Burch added nine points and Spenser Thurman had six points.

Meade 56

Morgan Ediger’s six 3-pointers and 34 points helped Cimarron defeat Meade, 59-56, in Saturday’s Bluejay Invitational championship game. Karina Bailon added 12 points for the Lady Bluejays while Ana Bailon had 10 points.

Meade’s Jaylin Stapleton had a team-high 20 points, and Tarah Wiens had 12 points for the Lady Buffaloes.

South Gray’s Madison Dirks had a game-high 16 points with two 3-pointers. Whitney Wright had 10 points for the Lady Rebels, while Scout Torres added seven points. Close behind Torres was Shelby Axtell with six points.

Sublette’s Payton Whaler had 14 points for the Lady Larks and Brooke Briggs had nine points.

Satanta 45

Bucklin was able to defeat the Satanta Lady Indians, 60-45, on Saturday to claim fifth in the Bluejay Invitational.

Satanta’s Valerie Claro hit two 3-pointers and had a game-high 24 points. Vanessa Claro also hit two 3-pointers and added 12 points for Satanta. Alex Howie had five points for the Lady Indians.
