Billy Buster, the Garden City Community College mascot, tries out equipment on the GCCC Outdoor Fitness Court Friday after a grand opening ceremony for the facility. Due to weather conditions with temperatures in the 30s on Friday, the ceremony was held inside in the Perryman Athletic Complex. The facility is a partnership between GCCC, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas and the National Fitness campaign.
