With the extreme heat the past week, the Finney County Public Library has set new operating guidelines, because of the problems with its air conditioning. When the indoor temperature reaches 83 degrees, the library will close down within the hour for the day. It’s computer system must be shut down before the temperature reaches 85 degrees to avoid damage.
