Jayce Renee Apsley of Satanta and Brandon Wayne Winters of Bushland, Texas were married July 12, 2014, near Westcliffe, Colo. Officiating the double-ring ceremony was the brideís cousin, Kelly Anthony of Satanta. The ceremony took place at Apsley Alpine Acres in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, rural Westcliffe. It is the mountain home of the brideís grandparents, Dave and Anne Apsley of Satanta.

The bride is the daughter of Casey and Joyce Apsley of Satanta. Her grandparents also include Carolyn Borg of Andover; and the late Leland Borg.

The groom is the son of Rick and Stacey Winters of Amarillo, Texas. His grandparents are Fred and Virginia Winters and Wanda Youree, all of Amarillo; and the late Leon Youree.

Maid of honor was Heather Borg, the brideís cousin from Andover. Bridesmaids were Taylor Apsley, the brideís cousin from Liberal; Abigail Grace Miller of Floydada, Texas; Shay Meares of Canyon, Texas; Jennie McMullen of Drexel, N.C.; and the groomís sister, Breanna Winters of Amarillo.

Best man was Brandon Meier of Darrouzett, Texas. Groomsmen were the groomís father, Rick Winters of Amarillo; the groomís cousins, Colton Morris of Amarillo, Caleb Winters of Canyon, and Blaine Morris of Amarillo; and the brideís brother, Jacob Apsley of Satanta.

Junior bridesmaids were the brideís cousins, Grace Schimmels of Moorefield, Neb.; and Maylea Alexander of Satanta. Honorary bridesmaids were Jordyn and Eryn Apsley, the brideís cousins from Liberal; and Angela Banks and Lacey Roberts, both of Canyon.

Michael Meares of Canyon was the guitarist. Vocalists were Gary Taton, the brideís uncle from Satanta; Steven Taton, the brideís cousin from Satanta; Angie Schimmels, the brideís aunt from Moorefield; and Anne Apsley of Satanta.

The ceremony was followed by a reception and barbecue dinner in the backyard of the cabin.

The bride graduated from Satanta High School in 2010 and from West Texas A&M University, Canyon, in 2013 with a bachelorís degree in agricultural media and communications. She is employed by the Texas Cattle Feeders Association in Amarillo as the market and membership coordinator.

The groom graduated from Bushland High School in 2011 and from West Texas A&M University in 2014 with a bachelorís degree in plant, soil and environmental science. He plans to pursue his education there with a masterís degree in related fields. He is a wheat and milo farmer with his family in the Amarillo area.

Following a honeymoon in Westcliffe and Lake City, Colo., and Moab, Utah, the couple is at home in Canyon.
