Trista Fenton, of Holcomb, and Jeremy Alexander, of Joplin, Mo., were married Aug. 4, 2012, in Manhattan. The Revs. Kent Wagner and J.D. Buckridge officiated the 4 p.m. ceremony.

The bride's parents are Kevin and Cindy Fenton of Holcomb. Her grandparents are Betty Burns and Floyd Hampton, both of Ulysses; and Marvin and Delma Fenton of Holcomb.

The groom is the son of Denise Brooks of Joplin.

Matron of honor was Molly Just of Holcomb. Bridesmaids were Ashley Shelden, Megan Becker and Stephanie Hase, all of Holcomb; Tiffany Svorinic of Washington; and Heather Watts of Anthony.

Best man was Jaron Alexander of Joplin. Groomsmen were E.K. Keller of Columbia, Mo.; Jevon Hackett and Devon Fowler, both of Joplin; Donte Newsome of Kansas City, Mo.; and Daniel Doll of Oskaloosa, Iowa.

Flower girls were Sera Cotton of Norfolk, Va.; and Hailee Browning of Ulysses.

Serving as ushers were Trevor Fenton of Holcomb; and Mikel and Willie Clark, both of Joplin.

Soloist was E.K. Keller, who sang "Unfailing Love" by Jimmy Needham. Josh Svorinic was the guitarist.

The ceremony was followed by a reception at Houston Street Ballroom in Manhattan.

The bride graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in finance. She is employed by Cerner Corp.

The groom is pursuing an entrepreneurship degree at Kansas State University.

The newlyweds are at home in Kansas City, Mo.
