At Scott City, the Lady Beavers outscored Goodland 33-19 in the second half to come back for a 53-44 GWAC win on Tuesday for their third win of the season.

Janessa Lowenthal led Scott City with 23 points to pace the Lady Beavers.

Brianna White led Goodland with 11 points, followed by Hope Cochran and Faith Biermann with 10 points apiece.

At Meade, visiting Bucklin used big second and third quarters to edge out Meade 43-33 on Tuesday.

Morgan Hood led Bucklin with 24 points to lead all players in the game.

Bailey Olvera led Meade with 12 points as the Lady Buffaloes led 16-12 after the first quarter before trailing 30-23 at halftime and 40-29 after the third quarter in their loss.

At Kismet, the Lady Mustangs struggled early, trailing by 10 points at halftime and just fell short of a comeback for a 38-35 loss to Beaver on Tuesday.

Jacinda Balderrama led Beaver with 13 points, followed by Cassie Howell with 10 points.

Nayelly LaPoint led Heights with nine points as the Lady Mustangs fell short despite outscoring Beaver 24-16 in the second half.

Rebecca Wyatt led the top-ranked team in Class 1-2A Ingalls with 15 points in an otherwise balanced scoring effort for the Lady Bulldogs.

Kaleigh Barrett led Rolla with 12 points as the Lady Pirates were held to two points in the first quarter and six points for the entire first half.
