Moscow girls, Elkhart boys win Rolla crowns

Boys

Elkhart 55, Beaver, Okla. 37

Elkhart, behind Cole Parks' 17 points and Alex Gomez's 16 points, led the Wildcats to the Rolla Showcase title, 55-37, over the Beaver, Okla., Dusters on Saturday night.

Wes Higgins also scored 13 points to spark Elkhart. David Rivera and Trenton Downing had eight points each to lead Beaver.

Moscow 41, Rolla 22

Breck Roop and Osvaldo Granillo had 14 and 10 points, respectively, to help Moscow claim the third place game over Rolla, 41-22, Saturday afternoon.

Nick Link and Jaron Rusch each had six points to lead Rolla.

Syracuse 58, South Baca, Colo. 36

J.D. Howell had 13 points to lead Syracuse, and the Bulldogs cruised to a 58-36 victory over South Baca Saturday in the fifth-place game.

Gary Parks and Kyle Dupree also had 12 points each for Syracuse. Oliver Arana led South Baca with 18 points.

Stanton County 77, Keyes, Okla. 25

Fabian Sierra had 18 points to lead Stanton County in its convincing win over Keyes, Okla., 77-25, in the seventh-place game Saturday afternoon.

Cole Smith also scored in double figures for Stanton County with 12 points, and Marques Logan chipped in with 11 points. Luis Valencia had eight points to lead Keyes.

Moscow 45, Stanton County 37

Tessa Whitman and Emmy Hittle scored in double figures with 12 and 11 points, respectively, to outscore Stanton County 18-7 in the fourth quarter and steal the Rolla Classic girls championship, 45-37.

Aubree Summers led all players with 15 points for Stanton County. Stanton County led Moscow 30-27 at the end of the third quarter.

Kaleigh Barrett led the Lady Pirates with 13 points.

Delaney Pollart led Syracuse with 12 points as Syracuse overwhelmed the South Baca, Colo., Patriots 32-5 on Saturday afternoon in the seventh place game.

South Baca was held scoreless in the second and third quarters.
