Deerfield, Ingalls close with easy victories

At Deerfield, the Spartans used a big third quarter to roll past Satanta and end the season with a 64-18 victory over Satanta on Thursday night.
The Spartans scored all their points in the rushing game. Rene Rubio rushed for five of Deerfield's nine touchdowns. Bryan Vasquez had three of the other scores while Zaine Gillock rushed for one.
Satanta scored a touchdown in the first, second, and third quarters of the game to finish its season with a 2-7 record.
Deerfield also finishes its season with a 2-7 record.

At Ingalls, the Bulldogs scored 42 first-quarter points and one more in the second to end the game and season early for both teams in a 50-0 win over the Bucklin Red Aces on Thursday.
Ingalls' Zeke Cox got things going early as he threw the first two touchdowns for the Bulldogs. Jordan Irsik rushed the next two. Then Josh Irsik scored on a punt return and Nathan Hale scored on a short run to close out the first quarter. Irsik's 35-yard touchdown run and subsequent PAT ended the game early.
Ingalls, with a 3-2 district record, will miss out on the playoffs and the Bulldog's season ends at 5-4 overall. Bucklin ends the 2012 season winless at 0-9.

At Rolla, the Pirates came alive in the third quarter to knock off Moscow late and punch their playoff ticket in a 40-30 win over the Wildcats on Thursday night.
Rolla's Kyler Telford ran in two touchdowns in the third quarter and one in the fourth quarter to lead the Pirates' comeback. Jaron Rusch had the other touchdown in the third quarter on a 38-yard run.
Telford also scored both of Rolla's first-half touchdowns, first on a 42-yard pass to Dakota Hull, then on a 77-yard kickoff return, both coming late in the first quarter.
Moscow's Lane Miller passed on all of the Wildcat's touchdowns in the first half, two to Brock Brazeal, and one each to Dakota Hull and Rigo Bustillos.
Moscow ends its season at 5-4.
Rolla, with a 4-1 district record, is the district runner-up and will go on the road for its first-round playoff game on Tuesday.

At Montezuma, the visiting Hodgeman County Longhorns were too much for the Rebels as South Gray had its season come to an end in a 48-0 loss on Thursday night.
Hodgeman County got most of its scoring from key players Jared Borger and Landon Henning, who rushed for three and two touchdowns respectively. Borger also threw two touchdown passes.
The Rebels struggled as Carson Skidmore completed just 5-of-13 passes for 108 yards and two interceptions. Colton Dirks caught four of those passes for 102 yards in South Gray's losing effort.
South Gray ends its season at 4-5.
