The Attorney General race in Kansas is worthy of your attention and consideration. Derek Schmidt gets my vote for his commitment to help foster and create a positive business environment, provide necessary leadership and continue his service to our state.

Folks, the Republicans lost the Attorney General's Office to a Democrat because we pursued fringe issues. That loss created the atmosphere where an important plant project for southwest Kansas was bogged down due in large measure to an attorney general opinion. That's right. Without hesitation, one of the contributing causes to the delay in the Sunflower plant construction in southwest Kansas has its origin in an Attorney General's race. We should act to correct that problem.

I urge you to vote for Derek Schmidt, Republican for Attorney General. Attorney Schmidt will be a voice of "fresh air" for positive business growth in our state. I urge everyone to vote. Derek Schmidt for Attorney General is the right person at the right time.

Vote Nov. 2 and vote Schmidt for Attorney General.
