Mike Armstrong, 55, of Garden City died Thursday, Feb. 24, 2011, at Galichia Heart Hospital in Wichita.
He was born on April 24, 1955, at Coldwater. His parents were Max and Sylvia Clark Armstrong.
Armstrong was married on Sept. 20, 1975, to Dana Pilcher in Garden City.
He was a truck driver and shop manager for 30 years at Palmer Manufacturing Co. in Garden City. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sylvia.
He is survived by his wife, Dana, of Garden City; two daughters, Brandi Beins, of Edmond, Okla., and Stacie Armstrong, of Garden City; a son, Shane of Garden City; his father, Max, of Scott City; a brother, Jerry, of Garden City; and six grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Garden City's First Southern Baptist Church. Burial will be in Valley View Cemetery.
