Nancy "Red" Susett Hannon, 59, died Dec. 27, 2018, at Integris Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City.

She was born on Nov. 5, 1959, in Garden City to Marjorie June Sneath and Leslie Harry Reinert.

She grew up in Syracuse, where she graduated from high school, and attended Fort Hays State University, where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in science. She worked as a help information technician at James Crabtree Correction Center in Helena for some time.

She loved spending time with her kids, friends, family and especially her grandkids. She enjoyed camping, sitting around a fire visiting, last minute road trips, cross stitching, watching her youngest daughter and grandkids' sporting events, country cruising, watching scary movies with her daughters and doing puzzles.

She is survived by her mother, June Reinert of Syracuse; a sister, Sherry Finlay and husband Ron of Kendall; sisters-in-law, Gay Thompson of Syracuse, Twila Thompson of Herndon and Amber Settles and husband Troy of Lamar, Colo.; brothers-in-law, Mort Thompson of Syracuse and Shannon Thompson of Lee's Summit, Mo.; daughters, Chelsea Young and husband Cody of Bison, Okla., Cidney Thompson and significant other Braden Robinson of Oklahoma City, Erin Rinaldo and husband Robby of Sterling, Colo., Robin Lutz and husband Walker of Breckenridge Colo.; son, Ben Thompson of Phoenix; two grandsons, Jordan Young and Jax Robinson; six granddaughters, Addalee, EmmaLynn and Hadley Young, Ada and Marie Thompson and Madalynn Rinaldo; many nieces and nephews; and a number of wonderful friends.

She is preceded in death by her father, Leslie Reinert; husband, Nathan Thompson; father-in-law, Harold Thompson; sisters-in-law, Rhoebe and Peggy Thompson; nephew, Tyler Brummett; niece, Kacey Carlson; and great niece, Maxwell Loder.

Service will be at 2 p.m. MST Friday, Jan. 4 at Syracuse United Methodist Church. Arrangements are by Lanman Funeral Home, Inc. of Helena.
