MONTEZUMA — Sara Sandvos, 44, died Oct. 22, 2018, at her home in Montezuma, Kan.

She was born on July 28, 1974, in Fredonia, Kan. to Bill and Ursula (Schafer) Row. On July 28, 2014, she married Jason Sandvos.

She was the manager at the Circle K convenience store in Montezuma.

She is survived by her husband; two children, Nicholas Powell and Victoria Powell of Montezuma; step-daughter, Hailey Sandvos; mother, Ursula Row of Montezuma; sister, Lori Flores of Cimarron; and her grandmother, Billie Kidd of Fredonia.

She is preceded in death by her father.

A celebration of Sara's life will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 3 at the South Gray High School Gymnasium, Montezuma. There is no visitation as cremation has taken place. A private family burial will take place at a later time. Memorials are suggested to the Cancer Center of Kansas in Dodge City in care of the funeral home.
