SCOTT CITY — Marjorie Eva Miller, 80, of Scott City, died Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2017, at Hays Medical Center in Hays.
She was born July 1, 1937, in Salt Lake City, to William and Eva Swenson Stam.
A resident of Scott City since 2012, Mrs. Miller was a homemaker.
On June 3, 1960, she married Bruce A. Miller in Salt Lake City. He died Aug. 23, 2003, in Liberal. She also was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Michael Bruce Miller; a grandson; three sisters, Lorene Benson, Betty Zissi and Marilyn Long; and a brother, Bob Stam.
Survivors include four daughters, Cindy Dunn of Park City, Laura Stafford of Perkins, Okla., Julie Lash of Salina, and Melissa Armendariz of Scott City; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday at Price & Sons Funeral Home in Scott City. Graveside services will follow at 2 p.m. in the Liberal Cemetery in Liberal.
Visitation hours are 1 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorials to the Marjorie Miller Memorial Fund may be sent in care of the funeral home.
