Esthela Davila, 61, died Saturday, Nov. 11, 2017, at St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City.
She was born Jan. 11, 1956, at Villanueva, Zacatecas, Mexico, to Gilberto and Ramona Davila Reyes.
She was raised in Mexico. She married Pablo Davila on Jan. 6, 1975, in Villanueva. He survives.
They started their family in Mexico before moving to Garden City in October 1993.
Additional survivors include two sons, Omero Davila Reyes of Garden City, and Horacio Davila Reyes of Chicago; her father, Gilberto Reyes; five siblings, Francisco Reyes, Agueda Reyes, Alvaro Reyes, Sandra Reyes and Leonardo Reyes; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother; and a brother, Jorge Reyes.
A rosary was held Monday at St. Mary Catholic Church in Garden City. Mass of the Resurrection will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at St. Mary Catholic Church. Burial will be held at a later date in Mexico.
