Linda G. Bailey, 75, of Dodge City, died Friday, Nov. 3, 2017, at Kearny County Hospital in Lakin.

She was born Dec. 30, 1941, in Blue Rapids, to Duncan and Opal Reed McRae.

A retired registered nurse, she had worked in Kansas, Tucson, Ariz., and Kearney, Neb. She taught Sunday School and was a member of Sweet Adeline's in Dodge City. She was an amazing artist and enjoyed playing the piano.

Survivors include three children, Larry Joe Yeager and wife Janell of Dodge City, Lori Maas and husband Vern of Holcomb, and Karla Denlinger and husband Dan of Wichita; two brothers, Michael Moser and wife Barbara of Boise, Idaho, and Alan Moser and wife Dianna of Sister Bay, Wis.; a sister, Meri Wallace and husband Michael of Tucson; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her stepfather, F. Jay Moser; and a brother, Larry Phillip McRae.

A memorial service will begin at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Ziegler Funeral Chapel in Dodge City, with Scott Tilley officiating. Private family inurnment will be at a later date at Maple Grove Cemetery, Dodge City.

There will be no public viewing; cremation has taken place. Friends may sign the register from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday at the funeral chapel.
