Junior Northern

Junior Lee Northern, 36, died Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013, at St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City.

He was born June 9, 1976, to Yule Jr. and Maryann Frost Northern.

Mr. Northern had worked for the last 19 years in electrical maintenance for Tom Evans Carnival.

Survivors include his father, Yule Northern Jr. of Liberal; three sisters, Betsy Rangel of Garden City, Tammie Stetson of Ithaca, N.Y., and Terena Northern of Lockney, Texas; seven nephews, Daniel Rangel Jr., Alexander Rangel, Isaiah Rangel, Elijah Rangel, Shawn Stetson, Dallas Stetson and Max Fields; three nieces, Noelia Rangel, Mary Stetson and Keesha Stetson; and a great-niece, Allysson Rodriguez. He was preceded in death by his mother.

A memorial service will begin at 10 a.m. Friday at Garnand Funeral Home, Garden City. A private family burial will take place at a later date.
