Lloyd Tripp, 74, Las Vegas, formerly of Leoti, died Friday, Nov. 30, 2012, at his home, after a long battle with cancer.

Lloyd Tripp, 74, Las Vegas, formerly of Leoti, died Friday, Nov. 30, 2012, at his home, after a long battle with cancer.

He was born Feb. 4, 1938, to Leonard and Blythe Tripp in Larned.

In 1961, he married Barbara Bender. They lived in Garden City before moving to Las Vegas.

Survivors include his wife; one son, Blane Tripp of Las Vegas; one daughter, Valerie Bedegrew of Citrus Heights, Calif.; two grandchildren, Texas Bedegrew and Courtney Bedegrew, both of Citrus Heights; one sister, Lonna Earl of Rawlins, Wyo.; and one brother, Ron Tripp of Las Vegas.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Palm Northwest Mortuary, 6701 N Jones Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89131.
