Hazel McLean

Hazel N. McLean, 83, died Sunday, Oct. 7, 2012, at her home in Garden City.She was born Nov. 4, 1928, in Kit Carson County, Colo., to Glen and Martha Wheeler Eastin.
On June 13, 1948, she married John W. McLean in Kirk, Colo. He died Feb. 17, 2006. She also was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Wendi Thompson; a sister, Bonnie Smith; and two brothers, Maurice and Joe Eastin.
A Garden City resident since September 2011, Mrs. McLean was a homemaker.
Survivors include two daughters, Nancy Hendreschke and husband Gene of Denver, and Shelley Case and husband Tom of Garden City; a son, Kevin McLean of Cañon City, Colo.; five grandchildren, Andrew Hendreschke and his wife Kim of Denver, Tyson Hendreschke of Billings, Mont., Eric Hendreschke of Bozeman, Mont., Tyler Case and his wife Chelsea of Holcomb, and Chris Case and his wife Sierra of Garden City; and four great-grandchildren, Bryndan Case of Scott City, Peyton and Amery Case, both of Holcomb, and Amelia Hendreschke of Denver.
There will be no local services held.
