Earl Trussell

ULYSSES — Earl "Pete" Raymond Trussell, 84, died Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012, at Bob Wilson Memorial Hospital in Ulysses.
He was born Aug. 7, 1928, in rural Kearny County, to Harry H. Trussell Sr. and Amy Elizabeth Reynolds Trussell. They preceded him in death.
In 1970, he moved north of Big Bow and resided there until his death. He was a farmer.
On March 16, 1974, he married Robbie Rhea Lewellen in Little Rock, Ark.
He is survived by his wife, of Johnson City.
He also was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Van Trussell and Harry Trussell Jr.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. MDT Thursday at the First United Methodist Church, Syracuse. Burial will follow in the Syracuse Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Fellers Funeral Home LLC, Syracuse.
